- Responsible for Top line and Bottom line growth year on year
- Preparing Techno-Commercial offers and technical document submission to get manufacturing clearance from customers.
- Responsible for Sales / Order Input by direct business for LT Motors.
- Creating Sales and Strategies.
- Coordination with customers to attaining sales target and increase the business goals.
- Coordination for New Product Development and Execute the orders in various segments apart from existing.
- Responsible for getting direct & channel business for LT Motors from various customer groups like EPC Contractors, OEMs, Users & Consultants opening in various segments like power, water treatment, Petrochemical, Pump, Fan & Blowers, etc..,
- Handling all key accounts right from Approvals, Vendor registration, enquiry generation to C from collection.
- Monthly forecasting of motors & maintaining motor stock to ensure availability of fast moving rating.
- Developing Infrastructure regional wise to cover Pan India
- Establishment of Dealer network and expand area wise framing policies for collections, credit limits, scopes etc...
- Key Account Management.
- OEM Sales.
- PAN India Sales.
